Terms & Acceptable Use

1. Your shop

You are solely responsible for the products and services you list, the accuracy of your listings, fulfillment, customer service, refunds, and compliance with all applicable laws — including federal, state, and local laws of the jurisdictions you sell into.

2. Taxes & licensing

You are responsible for collecting and remitting all applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.) and for holding any licenses or permits required to sell your products or services.

3. Fees

We charge a 5% platform fee at checkout and a 4% fulfillment fee when you purchase a shipping label, both deducted from your payout. Stripe and shipping carrier fees are passed through.

4. Suspension & termination

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or that we reasonably believe expose us, our users, or third parties to legal risk.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not list, sell, or ship any of the following through Krellio:

Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or paraphernalia
Prescription medications or medical devices without licensing
Tobacco, vaping products, alcohol, or cannabis (unless separately approved)
Counterfeit, stolen, or recalled goods
Hazardous materials or dangerous chemicals
Adult sexual content or services
Live animals, ivory, or endangered wildlife products
Human remains or body parts
Items that infringe intellectual property
Anything illegal under US federal or applicable state law

All new listings are reviewed before going live. We use automated screening plus human review of flagged items. Decisions are final, but you may appeal by contacting support.

Reporting

Anyone can report a listing they believe violates this policy. Reported listings are reviewed promptly. For IP / DMCA complaints, email legal@krellio.com.
